3. Quotes and Payments

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• A deposit (typically 50%) is required to confirm your booking.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the service.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Clients may cancel appointments by giving at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Refunds for unsatisfactory work will be evaluated case-by-case and may require documentation.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide safe and timely access to the worksite.
• You must notify us of any underground utilities or hazards.
• Ensure all required approvals or permits are obtained before work begins.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Delays due to weather, unavailability of materials, or factors beyond our control.
• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions on the site.
• Misuse or neglect of the landscaping features once installed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and project materials remain the property of Indi Landscaping Services unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), and any disputes shall be handled in ACT courts.
